Exchanges

If the size is wrong, we will exchange it within 7 days of delivery, provided the shoes are unworn, in their original box, and the box is undamaged. Try them on indoors, on a clean surface.

Returns

Faulty or incorrect items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days. Send us a photo first and we will arrange collection at our cost.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days; return delivery is paid by the customer.

How to start

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item. We will confirm the next step within one working day.
